Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026
What this policy covers
This policy explains what happens to the information you provide through this website, operated by Carson & Gray.
Information we collect
The only place this website asks for personal information is the contact form. If you use it, we collect your first name, last name, work email address, company and the message you send us.
We do not ask for, and you should not submit, candidate data, client data or any special category personal data through this website. If you are a recruiter getting in touch about international roles, send us enough to start a conversation, not a full application pack.
Where it is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet that only Carson & Gray can access. We do not operate a separate customer database for this website.
The recruiter registration form is different, and we would rather tell you than have you find out. It is hosted by Tally, a third-party form provider, and embedded on our registration page. What you enter there is submitted to Tally and stored on their systems as well as being available to us. If you would prefer not to use it, email us and we will take your details directly.
How we use it
- To reply to you.
- To contact you about how Carson & Gray could help you hire, or about international recruitment roles, depending on why you got in touch.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except with the service providers we use to operate this site and to manage our own contact records.
Analytics
Where analytics is enabled, we record anonymous interaction events: for example that a page was viewed, or that the booking button was clicked. These events do not contain your name, email address or any other identifying detail.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they remain useful for the purposes above, and delete or anonymise them when they no longer are.
Your rights
Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it being processed. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about this policy, email us at the contact form. If you are in the UK or the EU and are unhappy with our response, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Booking a call
Our booking links are hosted by Calendly. When you book a call, the details you enter are handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy, as well as by us.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
