Who employs the placement?+
Carson & Gray employs the placement through our South African entity. You receive a single monthly invoice, no payroll, tax, or compliance burden on your side.
What roles do you actually fill?+
360 and 180 recruiters, SDRs, BDRs, resourcers, market researchers, delivery consultants, and recruitment ops. If it sits on a recruitment desk, we place it.
How does pricing work?+
A flat monthly fee per seat that covers salary, employment costs, our delivery margin, and the replacement guarantee. No placement commissions, no annual ratchets.
What about the timezone gap?+
SAST is one to two hours ahead of London and gives you a 4-6 hour live overlap with US East Coast. Most pods work UK or EU hours by default, US shifts on request.
Can placements use our tools and email?+
Yes. Placements are issued company emails, get full CRM access, sit in your Slack, and are introduced to clients as your team, because they are.
What if it doesn't work out?+
Tell us within 90 days. We replace the seat at no additional cost, and we run a postmortem so we don't repeat the miss.
